The Hit Songwriter Invitational
3 of Nashville’s best known professional songwriters Chris Wallin, Justin Wilson and Matt Warren are offering to write with selected unsigned songwriters August 9-11, 2019.
Over the weekend enjoy 3 co-writing sessions and form relationships with songwriters and industry professionals.
An A&R executive will be on-hand for a weekend finale writers round to listen to your songs and offer feedback.

How do I get selected for the Hit Songwriter Invitational?
Apply now! Applications are considered in the order received. Six participants will be chosen as soon as possible to accommodate travel plans. Applicants accepted after the 6 seat limit has been filled, will not have to reapply and will be automatically invited to the next ‘Hit Songwriter Invitational’.

What's included and what does it cost?
3 co-writing sessions, play for A&R, lodging is included. You'll share a cabin with a co-writer, have your own bed/bath room.

What do meals cost?
Each participant is responsible for their own meals. There's a full kitchen in every cabin or dine at the restaurant.

Breakfast: 7 - 10 AM, $8.25
Lunch: 11 AM to 2 PM, $8.95-11.95
Dinner: 5 - 8 PM $14.95- $16.95
Does it matter what genre I write in?
No. These pro songwriters are terrific lyric and melody.
Who is this event for?
Songwriters with co-writing experience that do not have a publishing deal.
I just applied, when will I hear back?
Most often you will hear from the Nashville Cool! team in about 2 weeks. Due to the number of applications we receive, this process may take longer.
How do you select who participates?
We work to find the best unsigned songwriters possible. All the songs listened to by our diverse team of reviewers ensures there's no bias.
I've been selected to participate, now what?
If you receive a “Notification of Acceptance” you will need to confirm your seat with a 50% deposit is within 3 days of notification.
What is the refund policy?
Registration refunds cannot be issued for cancellations on or after July 19, 2019.
